Upcycled Quilted Bomber Shrug

This adorable quilt made a perfect bomber-style shrug. It's a total one-of-a-kind. This quilt was almost certainly handmade and tufted. The materials aren't marked, but the top appears to be cotton quilt fabrics. The backing could a cotton sateen or it could be polyester or a blend. The batting could be either cotton or polyester but is most likely to be polysester. This would fit best on an XS or S with narrower shoulders.
