Refund policy
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Our items are mostly rare or one-of-a-kind and our volumes are low, so to accept a return we must agree to the return in advance with photo confirmation that the item is in its original condition. Returns will only be made for store credit, which will only be processed upon receipt of the item. Return requests must be started within 14 days of receipt of the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at jennifer.kuzara@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot cover the costs for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We have only one of each item in stock, so we cannot offer exchanges.
