Tailored wool coat

This coat is missing a brand label, so it's provenance is a mystery. But it has all the hallmarks of being of the utmost quality. You can tell by looking at the stitching, how the shoulders are shaped, and the fact that it has stood up to the test of time looking immaculate. 

The coat is a deep grey herringbone tweed, double-breasted, with princess seaming and a stylish half-belt in the back to give it shape and matching epaulettes. The sleeves are straight and slightly wide at the wrist. It includes both patch and welt pockets. 

It is in excellent vintage condition, assumed to be from the late 70s or early 80s. The outer is believed to be 100% wool and the lining is likely acetate, in great shape. When I say this coat is HEA - VEEEEE..... The weight shows both the thickness of the fabric and the density of the weave. It will keep you warm in any weather and fend of the rain, no sweat.
